Learn how to make Authentic Kimchi with the Korean spicing and organic vegetables grown here at Mbala (Approx. 2 hours) Take home your mix to continue fermentation and enjoy.  You also have the the option to purchase some of the authentic Red Chilli flakes (gochugaru) which is the main  ingredient for an authentic Korean recipe as well as some of the organically grown vegetables used for the kimchi recipe grown here at Mbala Private Camp.

During your stay/visit at Mbala Private Camp we offer the opportunity to learn how to make Authentic Kimchi. We have been doing for some time and serve to guests as a tapas or side dish to boerewors, on crackers with cream cheese, in fact on anything you like or just eat as is as a quick snack when you need a little something to take away the hunger!
